MapleV accepts secure payment for aftermarket and OEM-reman Tesla Model 3 and Model Y collision, body, and suspension parts. All prices and charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is completed before an order ships, except for approved trade accounts on credit terms.
Card and Interac e-Transfer orders are processed once payment has been received and confirmed. e-Transfer orders ship after the funds land, so please send the transfer promptly and include your order number. On-account (trade) orders ship on approved credit terms and are invoiced.
An order confirmation is issued once payment is received. By submitting a card payment you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. MapleV reserves the right to hold or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or is flagged for a security review.
Orders associated with failed, reversed, or charged-back payments may be held or cancelled. Any fees incurred from chargebacks or reversed transfers may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.
Auto body shops, collision centres, and wholesalers can apply for a trade account for wholesale pricing and, on approval, Net payment terms.
