MapleV

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the MapleV website and your purchase of parts from MapleV ("MapleV", "we", "our"). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these terms. MapleV, based in Greater Vancouver, sells aftermarket collision and body parts for Tesla Model 3 and Model Y vehicles online to Tesla owners and body shops across Canada.

Trade accounts

Wholesale (net) pricing is available to approved trade accounts — auto body and collision repair businesses operating in British Columbia and across Canada. Trade-account applications are subject to review and approval. Until an account is approved, list pricing applies. MapleV may suspend or close an account at its discretion for non-payment, abuse, or breach of these terms.

Pricing and availability

OE numbers and fitment

OE (original equipment) part numbers shown on this site are provided for cross-reference only. They are used to help identify the correct fitment for a vehicle and do not imply that the parts we sell are manufactured, endorsed, or supplied by the vehicle manufacturer. MapleV is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.

Buyers are responsible for confirming correct fitment before installation. Recommended best practice is to cross-check the OE number against the vehicle's VIN and consult a qualified collision technician.

Orders and payment

Orders are an offer to purchase and become binding only when accepted by MapleV. Accepted payment methods include credit card (processed by Stripe) and e-Transfer. Trade accounts may be eligible for net terms at MapleV's discretion. Card payments are subject to authorization and fraud screening.

Taxes

GST — or HST for deliveries to HST provinces — is charged on all applicable orders. BC Provincial Sales Tax (PST) is charged on applicable orders shipped within British Columbia, unless the customer is a registered reseller who has provided a valid PST registration number and declaration. See the BC government's PST rules for current requirements.

Returns, refunds, and shipping

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns policy. Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery policy.

Warranties and limitation of liability

Parts are covered by MapleV's own limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship — see our Warranty policy at /policies/warranty for coverage periods and conditions. Except as required by applicable consumer protection laws, MapleV's liability for any claim related to a part is limited to the purchase price of that part. MapleV is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of vehicle use, downtime, or shop labor.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (for example, by scraping at scale, attempting to disrupt the service, or bypassing security controls). MapleV may restrict access at its discretion.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — the buyer guides and articles, part descriptions, fitment and cross-reference data, photographs, and the overall compilation — is the copyrighted property of MapleV (1580476 B.C. Ltd.). You may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, or use it to build or populate a competing catalog, product listing, or website without our prior written permission, and bulk or automated extraction for those purposes is prohibited. This does not restrict normal viewing, or search engines and AI assistants indexing and citing our pages. We monitor for copied content and will pursue takedowns for infringement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Business customers (trade accounts, and any order placed for a business) agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the protection of the consumer-protection laws of the province or territory where you live that cannot be waived by contract — including, in Québec, your right to bring a claim before the courts of Québec — and this clause applies only as far as those laws allow.

Language

These terms and our other policies are published in English and French. For customers in Québec, the French version governs; elsewhere in Canada, the English version governs if the two differ.
