MapleV

Warranty

MapleV stands behind the parts we supply. This limited warranty covers defects in material and workmanship on the aftermarket and OEM-reman collision, body, and suspension parts we sell to auto body shops, trade accounts, and individual buyers across Canada. CAPA-certified options are on order for part of the range and not yet in stock; collision and suspension parts are cross-referenced to Tesla OE numbers, and every part we sell is backed by the coverage below.

Limited Lifetime Warranty — body & collision parts

Bumper covers and fascias, fenders, hoods, body panels, grilles, brackets, and other collision body parts carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty against defects in material and workmanship on the vehicle the part is first installed on, for as long as the owner at installation keeps that vehicle. The owner at installation is the person or business that owns (or leases) the vehicle when the part is installed. Most of our parts are bought by a repair shop and installed on its customer's vehicle: the coverage follows that vehicle and its owner, and either the shop or the owner can make a claim (see How to file a claim below). The warranty does not move to another vehicle and ends when the vehicle is sold. This includes perforation (metal rust-through) caused by corrosion under normal use. If a covered part fails, MapleV will provide a replacement or a refund of the part price on return of the defective item with proof of purchase (the MapleV invoice or order number).

90-day warranty — electrical & lighting

Electrical and electronic parts — headlights, tail lights, fog lights, cameras, control modules, and wiring — carry a 90-day (3-month) warranty from the invoice date against defects in material and workmanship. Tire-pressure (TPMS) sensors are covered for longer; see the next section.

2-year warranty — tire-pressure (TPMS) sensors

Tire-pressure monitoring (TPMS) sensors carry a 24-month (2-year) warranty from the invoice date against defects in material and workmanship. The 90-day electrical term above does not apply to them. Battery life is finite by design: a sensor that has reached the end of its service life through normal use is wear, not a defect.

12-month warranty — suspension & mechanical

Suspension and mechanical wear parts — control arms, steering knuckles, wheel hub bearings, stabilizer bar links, and similar chassis components — carry a 12-month warranty from the invoice date against defects in material and workmanship.

How to file a claim

Email [email protected] with your invoice or order number, photos of the part and the defect, and the vehicle it was installed on. If a repair shop bought and installed the part, the shop can file the claim for its customer, or the vehicle owner can file it with the shop's repair order showing the part and the vehicle (VIN). For approved claims we will ask you to return the defective part (return freight prepaid by MapleV), and we will resolve the claim by replacement or a refund of the part price. This warranty does not cover labour or installation.
