It only means a small MapleV logo is molded on the back of the fascia. It faces inward and is completely hidden once the bumper is installed — the outer, painted surface is identical to the standard version.

Does it include the grille, sensors or emblem?

No — the shell only. You transfer your original grille, sensors, brackets and emblem onto the new fascia.

How do I know if my car has sensor holes?
