Model Y Juniper front-end collision parts: part numbers for a front hit

Tesla Model Y Juniper front light bar, Tesla OE 2038294-00-E

On a Model Y Juniper (February 2025 on) the front bumper cover is 1993051-S0-A, supplied unpainted. Fitted to it or just behind it are the front light bar (2038294-00-E), the grille (1983889-00-D), the front bumper lower (1932384-00-B), the lower shield (2025661-00-C) and the ankle catcher (1949866-00-C). Further in are the bumper beam foam (1997925-00-E), the crush cans, the active grille shutter, the radiator support and the frunk assembly (1930436-01-B).

The Juniper front end was redesigned, so its bumper, lamps and brackets are not the 2020–2024 Model Y parts. Each number below comes from our catalogue; most parts also have older or newer revisions, shown in the "also listed as" column, so match the number on the damaged part or on the estimate before ordering.

The bumper cover and the parts fitted to it

The cover (Tesla calls it the front fascia) comes unpainted. The grille, lower bumper, lower shield, tow hook cover and side brackets are separate numbers: check each one on the car instead of ordering the whole set.

The lower shield is often quoted by a different revision: our catalogue lists 2025661-00-D, 1932386-00-E and 1932386-00-D for the same part as 2025661-00-C.

Lighting: the light bar and the headlights

The Juniper's front lighting is two parts: a full-width light bar across the nose and separate headlights lower down. Tesla's service manual calls the light bar the center headlamp, and its front-fascia procedure removes it first, so check the light bar on any front-fascia repair.

The headlights are sided and have had several revisions, listed in the table. Our catalogue lists the premium headlights.

Behind the cover: energy absorbers and cooling

Behind the cover: the ankle catcher at the bottom, the foam on the bumper beam, and the crush cans that hold the beam to the car. Further in: the active grille shutter and the radiator support. You only see these with the cover off, so put them on the estimate after teardown, not before.

In our catalogue the front bumper reinforcement crush cans (1487461-00-E left, 1487462-00-E right) are listed for both the 2020–2024 Model Y and the Juniper; every other part in this table is Juniper-only.

Frunk, hood hinges and the front corners

A hit that pushes the nose back can reach the front trunk. We list the Juniper's frunk assembly (1930436-01-B) and frunk apron (1930438-01-C) as separate parts, and the hood hinges by side.

The frunk is generation-specific: the 2020–2024 Model Y frunk panel (1494086-00-C) and the 2017–2023 Model 3 front trunk (1509565-00-A) are listed for those cars only, not the Juniper.

At each front corner, the fender, the fender garnish and the front wheel liner are sided parts. Replacement fenders are supplied e-coated: primed, not painted.

What Tesla's service manual removes to change the front fascia

Tesla's procedure for removing and installing the front fascia of the 2025+ Model Y removes the center headlamp (the light bar), both front fender garnishes and the front aero shield; disconnects the front camera washer hose, the pedestrian warning speaker and two fascia connectors; and releases 16 clips, with masking tape around the headlamps and fenders. Tesla's flat-rate time is 0.66 hour (correction code 1001020501); the Model Y Standard has its own procedure at 0.42 hour. On refit, the four upper bolts and the two corner bolts go to 3.5 Nm and the three valance bolts to 5 Nm, all with a 10 mm socket.

Replacing the fascia with a new one is a separate procedure, 0.84 hour (correction code 1001020502): the grille, the valance, the front fascia camera and the fascia harness are moved from the old cover to the new one. If any of them is cracked, order it with the cover. The flat-rate times are Tesla's, as published in its service manual when we checked in October 2026.

Before you order

Confirm it is a Juniper: the full-width light bar across the front is the quickest tell, and our Juniper vs 2020–2024 guide explains the rest. Then match the Tesla number on the damaged part or on the estimate. If a number on your estimate is not in this guide, search it in our OE number lookup, which lists the older and newer revisions we cross-reference.

Frequently asked

Does a 2020–2024 Model Y front bumper fit a 2025 Juniper?

No. The Juniper front end was redesigned: its bumper cover (1993051-S0-A) and its brackets are different parts from the 2020–2024 Model Y's.

What is the Model Y Juniper front light bar part number?

2038294-00-E in our catalogue, with 2038294-00-C cross-referenced to the same part. Tesla's service manual calls it the center headlamp.

Is 2025661-00-C the same part as 1932386-00-E?

In our catalogue, yes: 2025661-00-C, 2025661-00-D, 1932386-00-E and 1932386-00-D are all listed for the same Model Y Juniper front bumper lower shield.
