Tesla Model 3 and Model Y fog light: part numbers and replacement

Short answer: the Tesla Model 3 (2017–2023) and Model Y (2020–2024) share the same front fog light: Tesla OE 1077391-00-F on the left (driver side) and 1077392-00-F on the right. Our catalogue also cross-references 1624797-00-A (left) and 1624798-00-A (right) to the same two lamps. In Tesla's service manual the lamp comes out through the front wheel well, with the bumper cover left on the car.
Left and right are separate parts. MapleV's list price is CA$259 for either side.
Fog light part numbers and fit
Match the number on the estimate, or on the label of the damaged lamp, against the table. Tesla's parts catalogue names the lamp LAMP ASSEMBLY - FASCIA LAMP SAE UP-LEVEL, SAE being the North American lighting standard. Our part notes give 1077391-00-F and 1077392-00-F as the SAE (North American) numbers and 1624797-00-A and 1624798-00-A as the EU/China numbers.
Both lamps fit the Model 3 from June 2017 to December 2023 and the Model Y from January 2020 to January 2025. Partslink numbers, used in aftermarket estimating, are TA2592101 for the left lamp and TA2593101 for the right. On a French-language estimate in Quebec, the fog light is the phare antibrouillard.

How Tesla replaces the fog light
Tesla's service manuals for the 2017–2023 Model 3 and the 2020–2024 Model Y file the job as Light - Turn Signal / Fog - Front, one procedure per side, and the steps are the same on both cars: remove the front wheel, release the nine clips at the front of the wheel arch liner and fold the liner aside, unplug the lamp and free its harness clips, then remove the screws (Torx T25, tightened to 2.8 Nm, or 2.1 lb-ft, on refit) and release the tabs that hold the lamp to the front fascia. On the Model Y, the front fender garnish comes off first, and the connector has a red locking tab to pull before it unplugs.
The bumper cover stays on the car. Tesla's flat-rate time is 0.36 hour on both models (correction code 17404002), as published when we checked in October 2026. Installation is the reverse of removal, and the manual then calls for aiming the fog lights with its Light - Fog - Front (Adjust) procedure, against a wall or with a headlight tester.
Before you order
Read the side and the number from the estimate or from the damaged lamp: an estimate may show 1624797-00-A or 1624798-00-A instead, and our catalogue lists both under the same lamps. If the same corner needs other parts — a bumper cover, a bracket, a wheel liner — paste every part line of the estimate into the OE lookup to check them all in one pass.
This lamp is catalogued for the 2017–2023 Model 3 and the 2020–2024 Model Y only; we do not list a fog light for the Model 3 Highland (2024 on) or the Model Y Juniper (2025 on). MapleV is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with Tesla, Inc.; OE numbers are shown for identification and cross-reference only.
Frequently asked
Is the Model 3 fog light the same part as the Model Y fog light?
Yes, for the 2017–2023 Model 3 and the 2020–2024 Model Y: our catalogue lists the same lamps for both, 1077391-00-F on the left and 1077392-00-F on the right.
What is Tesla part number 1624797-00-A?
Another Tesla number for the left front fog light, which our catalogue cross-references to 1077391-00-F; our notes list it as the EU/China number. The right-side equivalent is 1624798-00-A.
Does the front bumper have to come off to replace a Tesla fog light?
Not in Tesla's procedure. The lamp is reached through the front wheel well once the wheel is off and the front of the wheel arch liner is folded aside; on a Model Y the front fender garnish comes off first.
Do Tesla fog lights need aiming after replacement?
Yes. Tesla's manual calls for adjusting the front fog lights once the new lamp is in, using its wall or headlight-tester procedure.
Does this fog light fit the Model 3 Highland or the Model Y Juniper?
It is not listed for them in our catalogue: the lamp is catalogued for the 2017–2023 Model 3 and the 2020–2024 Model Y only. Check the number on your estimate.
